Q-Sense offers service agreements at two different levels, and one-time service reviews:

Service agreement level 1
Free preventive maintenance check once per year.
Free labor on repairs, 50% discount on parts.
Online data analysis support.

Service agreement level 2
Free preventive maintenance check once per year.
Free labor on repairs, free parts.
Free equipment loans during repair.
Online data analysis support.

One-time service review
Preventive service offered to any instrument not covered by service contracts, regardless of age. Replacement parts not included.
